Prativa Mohapatra Becomes Adobe India’s First Female Vice President And Managing Director.
Adobe Inc. has chosen Prativa Mohapatra as vice president and managing director of Adobe India, making her the first woman to head the operations of the country’s major software producer.

Prativa Mohapatra, who joins Adobe from IBM, will be in charge of the company’s India operations and growth opportunities across three business units:
- Adobe Experience Cloud
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Adobe Document Cloud
Prativa will also collaborate with Adobe’s engineering leaders to accelerate synergies between product innovation and customer experience.
In addition, Adobe India’s sales leaders will now report to Prativa Mohapatra, Including:
- Nitin Singhal (Senior Director & MD-DX Business, Adobe India)
- Girish Balachandran (Director-Digital Media Business Adobe India)
- Vyshak Venugopal (Head-Solution Consulting, Adobe India)
Prativa Mohapatra Education
She graduated from Rourkela’s Regional Engineering College with a BTech in computer sciences and engineering. After that, Prativa Mohapatra joined the Xavier Institute of Management in Bhubaneswar for her post-graduate management studies. There, she specialises in systems and finance.

In her role, Suzanne is responsible for driving the Australian and New Zealand business to new levels and supporting customers to realise their mission of delivering exceptional experiences.
Suzanne has over 25 years of experience leading and motivating management teams in the data, software, and analytics industries. She has worked in North America, the United Kingdom, and Singapore and has held senior positions at:
- Visa Europe
- CACI London
- Morgan Stanley
Suzanne joined Adobe at the end of 2017 after two years as Managing Director of Experian’s ANZ operations, where she showed proven success in delivering high performance and engagement during a period of significant business transformation.
