Gina Rodriguez and Joe LoCicero, former stars of “The Bold & The Beautiful,” are celebrating the arrival of their first child.
According to Rodriguez’s agent, the couple welcomed a baby boy, who confirmed the news to THOUSIF Inc. – WORLDWIDE.
The couple first met on the set of Rodriguez’s CW series “Jane the Virgin” in 2016 and tied the knot on May 4, 2019.
In July 2022, Rodriguez announced she was expecting their first child on her 38th birthday.
“I am very excited and overwhelmed and feel like a superwoman,” Rodriguez told the media shortly after the announcement.
“Anytime I see somebody with a child, I am like, ‘Congratulations, you are a superhero.'”
Rodriguez had a brief stint on “The Bold & The Beautiful” in 2011 as Beverly, a homeless teen later hired as an intern at Forrester Creations.
LoCicero played Vinny Walker, a dangerous drug dealer, on the soap from June 2019 until his character was killed in April 2021.
The couple has released no further details about the baby boy, such as his name or pictures.
Fans will have to wait for the new parents to share more information.
