Becky G has decided not to wear her engagement ring during the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards after rumors surfaced about Sebastian Lletget, her fiancé, cheating on her.

Lletget, a 30-year-old soccer star, recently took to social media to apologize to Becky, admitting that he had crossed “lines that should have never crossed” and announcing that he will join a mental wellness program.

In addition, he stated that an extortion plot had been attempted against him after he had a ten-minute lapse in judgment.

Lletget asked for forgiveness and said he would do everything he could to earn back Becky’s trust and love.

The couple began dating in 2016 and got engaged in 2022.

Lletget apologized after an anonymous Instagram account accused him of cheating in February.

The account stated that it had videos and intimate photos of Lletget, which they did not publish due to their private nature.

Becky has not commented on Lletget’s apology, and neither of their representatives has issued a statement.

Becky G attended the iHeartRadio Music Awards alone, accepting the award for Best Latin Pop/Reggaeton Song of the Year for “Mamiii” during the ceremony.

She wore a stunning black Julien Macdonald gown and a few rings, but her engagement ring was missing from her finger.

Although it is unclear whether she has forgiven Lletget, the couple has been together for six years, and Lletget’s post seemed sincere.
