Former MTV star Connor Smith has an arrest warrant issued against him for allegedly trying to engage in bad acts with a girl under the age of 15.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office in Illinois has been investigating Smith, and he reportedly sent explicit videos and images of himself before arranging to meet the minor.

When he met the minor, he was caught by detectives before he could flee in his vehicle.

Smith now faces three felonies: grooming, disseminating harmful material, and traveling to meet a minor.

As of Thursday, he has yet to surrender to the authorities.

This is not the first time that Smith has run into the law.

In 2021, he was arrested for allegedly raping and assaulting a 16-year-old girl.

Initially, the girl claimed that someone she met on Snapchat, who was selling a cat, sexually assaulted her.

However, she later admitted to meeting the man on a dating app and voluntarily sneaking out to meet him.

The girl claimed that Smith forced her to perform oral on him in his truck and slapped and choked her several times, urinating on her in a motel room.

He then left but returned to her home, and her family chased him away when he showed up again.

Smith appeared on “Are You the One?” Season 3 in 2015, where contestants compete to find their perfect match.
