This week, Bruce Willis enjoyed his afternoon with good company while out and about in Malibu, Calif.

The rare sighting occurred two months after the action star was diagnosed with aphasia.

Marked by difficulty speaking and comprehending language.

The "Die Hard" star, 67, was seen casually strolling through the SoCal city after grabbing a meal with friends.

Willis kept his look simple in blue jeans, a long-sleeved shirt and a blue baseball cap with the letters "B" stitched on the front.

The silver screen vet appears to be in great spirits as of late.

As wife Emma Heming shared a video of the actor as he played a backyard basketball game with friends Tuesday.

"I see you, BeeDub," Heming captioned a video of him shooting the ball through the net on her Instagram Story.

Heming, along with her husband's ex-wife, Demi Moore, and their kids, Rumer, 33, Scout, 30, and Tallulah, 28.

Released a joint statement in March revealing Willis was retiring due to his health woes.

"To Bruce's notable supporters, as a family."

"We wanted to share that, our beloved Bruce."

"Has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia."

"Which is impacting his cognitive abilities," they wrote on Instagram.

"As a result of this and with much consideration, Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him."

"As Bruce always says, 'Live it up,' and we plan to do just that together."
